Essex P IRL was established in 2014 with a clear focus: to bring cloud-based dispatch, unified operational data, and dependable call handling to the private hire sector. Founded in Dublin by a team with decades of combined experience across taxi and private hire operations, we identified a gap where operators were stitching together legacy dispatch packages, separate call centres, and disconnected data sources that never quite agreed with each other.

From day one, our approach has centred on understanding how private hire businesses actually work on the ground. We do not roll out a generic platform and hope it fits.
